佐賀料理

今日の佐賀は雨のちくもり。
だけど、おじいちゃんは剪定のお仕事にでかけて行きました。
働き者のおじいちゃんです。
午後からは、おばあちゃんはリズムダンス教室へ。
生花教室にも行っているアクティブなおばあちゃんです。

私はというと、いたれりつくせりで、ラクさせて頂いています。
いやぁ~ありがたい、ありがたい。

今日の夕飯もご馳走です。
メニューは、くちぞこの煮付けに、あげまき焼き。
有明海でとれた新鮮なものばかり。すごくおいしい佐賀料理に
舌鼓♪彼女にもくつぞこの煮物をおすそわけしました。
050711-aあとは、ナスの煮物。
こんなに、でかい長ナスを初めて見ました。
推定40cmの巨大ナスに彼女もびっくり。
(右の写真の黒い棒がナスです)

また、彼女用にと、オークションで買った机に取り付けるチェアーが届きました。背もたれつきで、サイズもぴったりこれでみんなで食卓をかこみ、楽しく食事ができます。すわっている姿がなんだか一人前。
これで離乳食をあげるのがラクになります。

私こんなにラクしていていいのかしら・・・一応長男の嫁です。

こんにちわ。普段は家事と育児におわれる日々ですから、思いっきり満喫してきたほうがいいですよ。わたしも週末の連休から1週間実家に帰ります。息抜きできることが楽しみです。

くつぞこは、魚で、舌ひらめの一種です。
やはり有明海で取れるものは、普通の海で取れるものと
ちょっと違いますね。かなりグロイものが多いです。
買い物に行っても、知らない魚ばかりで、海外に行った気分です。
